UREF BOARD

Pat Fox Fulgham, M.D., President
Dr. Fulgham is a board certified urologist who has been in private practice at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas since 1987. He is a Texas A&M graduate and received his medical training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. Dr. Fulgham is active in educating urologists and in 2008 received the Distinguished Service Award from the American Urological Association. Also in 2008 he received the Health Care Hero award from the Dallas Business Journal for his contributions to educating physicians and his work in the community.

Jay Dee Allen, Jr, MBA
A highly respected and recognized industry veteran with a long history of delivering aggressive business goals in highly competitive markets, Jay Dee is a proven commercial real estate broker, business development director, portfolio manager and national board member. He successfully built 2 full service real estate companies from the ground up, and developed profitable brokerage, property management and property accounting, appraisal and investment sales operations in 7 cities. A sought after keynote speaker at national and international conferences, Jay is an effective communicator, coach and mentor; excels in creating strategies and roadmaps for success.

Paul Ferguson
Paul is a prostate cancer survivor. He is an SMU graduate, a Viet Nam veteran and is Vice-President of TelPro, Inc.

Aggie Johnson, MA LPC/LMFT
Aggie is a psychotherapist in private practice.  She is a graduate of SMU.   She is a volunteer with JONI and Friends, a ministry to families with disabilities and with New Friends New Life, a ministry to women.  Her husband, Charley, was an attorney and was diagnosed with prostate cancer but died from other causes.   He was an advocate for men’s health.  Aggie decided to join the UREF board to continue his mission to improve men’s health.
Russ Kempton, CSS
Russ is a prostate cancer survivor. He is a graduate of UT Austin. Russ is State Marketing Manager, Wine Division, Glazer’s Distributors

 

Constantine Konstans, PhD
Dr Konstans is a prostate cancer survivor. He is professor of accounting and information management at UT Dallas and executive director of the Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance.

 

Jason McMenamy, MBA
Jason is certified public accountant who currently is the Manager of SEC Reporting,  with Orthofix International NV, a publicly traded company in Orthopedics.  Prior to Orthofix, he spent 13 years in public accounting with one of the nation’s largest national public accounting firms.

Angela Clark, RHIA
Angela manages the day-to-day operations of the foundation and coordinates the monthly prostate cancer support group and educational activities and events.  She received a B.S. from Texas Woman’s University and is a registered health information manager.
